The Art of Resilience is a one day workshop giving you practical and powerful tools to build your personal reservoir of strength. The ability to respond positively to challenges; being resilient means that you can perform at your very best, fulfilling your potential as a leader and role model and achieving satisfaction in your everyday life.

This motivating and inspiring day will enable you to build a personal toolbox that cultivates your self-awareness and takes you beyond surviving to thriving.

Clarity’s Women in Leadership specialist, Sarah Perugia will utilise a powerful combination of research based psychology models, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and coaching to enhance your mind set, identify and create positive habits and build your confidence.

She specialises in non-verbal communication and mind management, so that her clients look and feel calm and confident no matter what challenges they face. She is an Executive Coach, NLP Practitioner and Communication Skills Trainer. She also a trained professional actor, with 15 years experience of adapting the 'actor's toolbox' to help people in corporate sector.

Sarah has worked in a wide range of organisations including, Grant Thornton, Royal Bank of Scotland, Merck Serono, AstraZeneca, AXA PPP and Bank of England.
